We never stop researching and developing new ways to improve the
environmental performance of our buildings.
In as far as is possible, each home is self sufficient in its production of energy. Construction methods and increased insulation reduce the amount of energy required to run the homes and also keep energy loss to a minimum. Solar panels, low energy light fittings, gas saving boilers and rainwater recycling facilities are but a few of the features you are likely to see on your new Limelight home.

Aside from lifecycle carbon reduction measures we pay close attention to the proximity of our staff to our developments. Where possible we use local tradesmen on all developments but sometimes this is just not practical. To combat the effects of this we now implement schemes of temporary accommodation for those needing to travel long distances. This drastically reduces their individual carbon footprints as well reducing our overheads and their costs.
In addition to the above, all of our homes conform to the guidelines set out by the Local Authority Building Regulations and the NHBC Guidelines.
