Responsible Building...

Building houses that are sympathetic
to your surrounding area....

In order to ensure that our projects provide the most positive impact possible, materials sympathetic to a projects surrounding area are used wherever feasible. In addition, the most efficient and considerate building methods are employed to ensure minimum disruption to the locality and all its residents during construction. Furthermore, where possible, local tradesmen are used, which not only benefits the local area but also helps keep to a minimum the environmental impact of the homes we create.

In as far as is possible, each home is self sufficient in its production of energy. Construction methods and increased insulation reduce the amount of energy required to run the homes and also keep energy loss to a minimum. Solar panels, subject to planning, are fitted to each home along with low energy light fittings throughout.

Water recycling facilities are usually incorporated by the installation of additional water storage tanks which recycle rainwater to be used to flush lavatories.

In addition to the above, all of our homes conform to the guidelines set out by the Local Authority Building Regulations, the NHBC Guidelines and ECO homes.
